IT Support Specialist Contract | €210/day+ | Dublin | Onsite We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. This role requires handson experience in managing IT support tasks and ensuring smooth operations for endusers. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to endusers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, as well as related software. Assist in user account management, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Support mobile device management and ensure the security of all connected devices. Document issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in IT support roles. Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking issues. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are preferred.
