IT Support Specialist Contract | €220/day | Dublin | Hybrid Our client in Dublin is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in IT support who is comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment. Monitor system performance and manage backup and recovery processes. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in IT support. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
