We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. This role involves providing advanced Level 3 technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of IT services. Responsibilities: Provide remote and onsite Level 3 IT support to users, resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
