Desired skills:Windows, AD, O365, SCCM, L2We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Cork. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and peripherals.Manage and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and security groups in Active Directory and Office 365.Assist with the setup and support of meeting room technologies and video conferencing systems.Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for common issues.Requirements:4+ years of experience in an IT support role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and basic networking concepts.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.If you're keen to make a meaningful difference and find this role intriguing, or if you're open to exploring other IT support positions, please reach out to Jamie McCaul at Reperio Human Capital to start a conversation today.
