This role involves providing advanced technical support across various platforms, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and services, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues, including escalations from Level 1 and 2 support teams.Support and troubleshoot a diverse tech stack, including VMware, Azure, Citrix, and PowerShell scripting.Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policy management and user administration.Implement and support cloud-based solutions, focusing on optimizing performance and security.Lead the deployment of software updates, patches, and upgrades across various systems and platforms.Requirements:6+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 3 years at a Level 3 capacity.Proficiency in VMware, Azure, and Citrix environments.Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.Experience with Active Directory, including group policies and user management.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
