My client who distributes a range of Equipment found in Medical Centres has a role for an IT Team Lead at their County Kerry Head Office. You will manage the sole IT Technician (1) who manages all internal IT issues (Hardware and Software). You will report to the Head of Operations in order to manage the delivery of excellent customer service to customers and colleagues and contribute to the successful delivery of the business strategy. A hands-on approach and a drive to get things right the first time are also required. Duties: Management of IT Team Responsible for maintaining high performance levels of service-related processes and the ability to implement improvements where necessary Ensure systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery Responsibility for delivery of key IT projects to support delivery of business strategy and goals Responsible for delivery of system and service improvements, ensuring that actions are implemented on time and within budget Leading people management, including staff recruitment and retention, performance appraisals, training and mentoring Experience: Third level Degree 3 Years’ Plus experience in a similar role (IT Support) People management and leadership experience Strong IT Security knowledge Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage) Proven track record in Identifying and implementing Business Software WMS experience desired #J-18808-Ljbffr
