IT Support Technician Contract | €200-€250/day | Dublin A client of mine is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team in Dublin. This role focuses on delivering Level 2 support and involves working across multiple IT systems in a hybrid environment. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting cloud-based services, and assisting with network security tasks. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows-based environments, including managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops and mobile devices. Assist in the configuration and support of Office 365 and basic Azure services. Implement and support network and security protocols, including VPNs and firewalls. Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT support Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Exposure to Microsoft Azure, with experience in user and service management. Knowledge of basic PowerShell scripting for task automation is an advantage. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are highly desirable.
