IT Support Technician sought for Dublin-based team to provide frontline support for Windows-based systems and participate in ongoing business projects.

A client of mine is exclusively hiring for an IT Support Technician to join their Dublin-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Windows environments who is looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of technologies.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing business projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support for Windows-based systems, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
• Assist in the configuration and support of Office 365 and related Microsoft applications.
• Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, migrations, and hardware upgrades.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide on-site support for end-users and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and network basics.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
