Field Support Technician
Immediate Start in Dublin 1
€40K + car allowance
You will be part of a team of IT engineers providing remote and telephone support for SMB and Enterprise customers.
Technical advice and practical assistance to clients and end users
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good all-round knowledge of PCs, networks and networked devices
- Performing system administration and maintenance
- Creating and updating technical documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience with Core Microsoft Products and networking technologies
- Familiarity with Veeam, Hyper V/VMware
- Full EU/Irish Drivers license
