Technical support specialist required to provide remote and telephone assistance to clients and end users.
As a Field Support Technician, you will be part of a team of IT engineers providing technical advice and practical assistance to clients and end users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical advice and assistance to clients and end users
- Resolving issues with PCs, networks, and networked devices
- Performing system administration and maintenance
- Creating and updating technical documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Core Microsoft Products and networking technologies
- Familiarity with Veeam, Hyper V/VMware, and Fortinet Firewalls
Additional requirements:
- Fully EU/Irish driver's license
- Ability to take on other responsibilities as the role develops
Salary: EUR40,000 + car allowance
