IT Support Technician sought for hybrid role in Galway, providing Level 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with expertise in Office 365 and Active Directory management.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and supporting Microsoft 365 services. You will also assist in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations, and provide remote and on-site support as needed.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows environments, experience with Office 365 and Active Directory management, and basic networking knowledge. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent, are a plus.

• Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Document and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely updates and solutions.
