IT Support Technician Contract | €200-€230/day | Galway | Hybrid A client of mine is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide Level 2 support in a fast-paced environment. You will handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and support for a Windows-based infrastructure. The role involves working on both daily IT issues and assisting with key IT projects. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Document and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely updates and solutions. Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations. Provide remote and on-site support as needed.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows environments. Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory management. Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are a plus.
