Job Description
As IT Systems Administrator, you will maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, supporting company operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining servers, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware, as well as providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting IT-related issues. You will also ensure data, system, and network security and integrity, implement and monitor backup and recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT systems administration, with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, firewalls, and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE are required. Experience in ERP systems, Power BI, PowerApps, change management, and training are nice to have.
