Job Summary: As the IT Systems Administrator, you will maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure to support the company's operations.
- Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware.
- Support key IT, OT, and labelling systems for manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT-related issues, including Microsoft 365 applications, network access.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or a similar role, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange. Experience with administration and troubleshooting of firewalls and networks, familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
