Job Description
Manage the IT Team, including 1 IT Technician, to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to business strategy.
Duties:
- Manage IT Team and maintain high performance levels of service-related processes.
- Implement improvements and ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies support outstanding service delivery.
- Deliver key IT projects to support business strategy and goals.
- Lead people management, including recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring.
Requirements:
- Third level Degree and 3+ years experience in IT Support.
- People management and leadership experience.
- Strong IT Security knowledge.
- Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage).
