MTrec is representing a unique customer service client in their search for a Customer Service Advisor with Italian language skills.

Job Description

  • Handle inbound calls from Italian and English speaking consumers and distributors
  • Address customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide quality advice and information to consumers and distributors
  • Resolve queries and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries
  • Process inbound calls accurately and efficiently
  • Make effective use of downtime by assisting colleagues with other tasks
  • Set an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, always delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Fulfil any other ad-hoc duties

About You

  • Fluent in Italian
  • Customer service background
  • Ability to provide a courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Great team player with a motivation to help solve customers' problems
  • Home internet connection
