Job Description
- Handle inbound calls from Italian and English speaking consumers and distributors
- Address customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Provide quality advice and information to consumers and distributors
- Resolve queries and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries
- Process inbound calls accurately and efficiently
- Make effective use of downtime by assisting colleagues with other tasks
- Set an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, always delivering the highest level of customer service
- Fulfil any other ad-hoc duties
About You
- Fluent in Italian
- Customer service background
- Ability to provide a courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Great team player with a motivation to help solve customers' problems
- Home internet connection
