Job Description
Develop category strategies for operational efficiency within the IT/ICT space, build and maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations, and manage multi-stream strategic sourcing projects.
- Manage research, negotiation, financials, risk, resourcing, and governance.
- Foster collaboration with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with governance and policies.
- Adapt technical solutions to business needs and articulate trends to leaders.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, in the IT/ICT areas
- Experience in leading key technology negotiations
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into sourcing practices
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of industry and category trends
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and planning skills
- Degree level or equivalent experience; CPSM/CIPS qualification desirable
