IT/ICT Category Manager (Procurement) A unique opportunity to join this amazing organisation and work with an amazing team of procurement professionals. Responsibilities: Develop category strategies for operational efficiencies within the IT/ICT space Build and maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations. Manage multi-stream strategic sourcing projects, including research, negotiation, financials, risk, resourcing, and governance. Foster collaboration with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure compliance with governance and policies. Adapt technical solutions to business needs and articulate trends to leaders. Be able to create change, managing multiple sourcing initiatives. Build strong relationships with operational users, specialists, and senior stakeholders. Demonstrate commercial acumen with major suppliers. Reduce costs and add value through sourcing and supplier development methodologies. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, in the IT/ICT areas Experience in leading key technology negotiations. Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into sourcing practices. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of industry and category trends. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and planning skills.
