We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale database applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality Java code using Java frameworks (Spring, Struts, etc.)
- Write high-quality database queries, stored procedures, and functions to manipulate the database data to the desired format (Oracle PLSQL)
- Develop Java APIs to read and load data from source to target database
- Write unit tests and load test scripts
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Participate in application design and create technical documentation like flow diagrams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues like database performance, database capacity, replication, and other data-related issues
- Optimize processes for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the application can handle the volume, velocity, and variety of data
- Work with clients to deliver scalable and maintainable code
- Understand the infrastructure requirements needed for the application
- Develop a streamlined CI/CD process for application development
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams to understand application requirements and deliver the product that supports business goals
- Provide technical support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous availability and reliability
- Take ownership of code and the end-to-end process from development, testing, and deployment
- Be a good team member and support other teams proactively to achieve end results
