As a Java Developer for the Payments Team, you will develop dynamic and scalable integration solutions for our digital banking platform and enterprise systems. Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions (or assist with the design) that best support the business requirements. Adhere to Bank IT Project Methodology & Standards. Research new technologies and initiatives. Work in a sprint team to ensure quality assurance. Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g. Infrastructure) on project issues. Support the role out of payments functionality within PTSB . Requirements: A Bachelors or Master's degree in a computer-related field. Full stack Java developer with recent development experience. An ability to learn, understand and develop complex business processes. Capability to work on own initiative in a demanding environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Java, REST services, Micro services via Spring Boot (preferably). Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks experience. Experience working in an agile environment. Experienced in source code control and CI Systems like Jenkins, Git, etc. Experience in developing with RESTful APIs, Swagger. Relational database skills. Must be able to create and run Database SQL queries. This is a Permanent role based in PTSB Dublin or Cork office (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland) Is this you?
