Job Description
Citibank Europe is seeking a senior technical lead to drive the technical solution of a critical client server application for the Issuer Services Area. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Java, Agile delivery methodology, and team management. Key responsibilities include managing a geographically distributed team, identifying project/program delivery risks, and mitigating them. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodology. Additional requirements include experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Spring, and ORM framework, as well as database experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about learning new tools and technologies and able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment.
- Manage a geographically distributed team working in Agile delivery model.
- Drive technical solution of critical client server application for Issuer Services Area.
- Identify project/program delivery risks and mitigate them.
- Have 8+ years of experience in Java, Agile delivery methodology, and team management.
- Have experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodology.
