Position: Sales Executive Location: Mercedes-Benz South Dublin Key Responsibilities: Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz passenger cars using our brand sales process. Provide exceptional customer service, constantly aiming to exceed expectations. Achieve maximum profitability on the sales of our range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, promoting finance, insurance, and auxiliary products. Build strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seek new business opportunities outside the showroom. Implement the MSL sales process consistently. Achieve new volume and model mix targets set each year by the company. Meet used car targets annually. Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly. Display enthusiasm and an outgoing personality. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Be able to deliver compelling and persuasive sales and aftersales presentations.
