Job Description
Seeking skilled engineer/technician for Gate, Barrier Automation & Access Control Systems sector with 3+ years industry experience and degree in engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining automatic gates, barriers, and access control systems to the latest European standards.
- Diagnosing and rectifying basic faults with electro-mechanical and mechanical products.
- Programming, testing, and commissioning each of the system components.
- Demonstrating operations of systems to end users.
- Completing all required documentation electronically.
- Representing the company and yourself to the highest levels of service.
- Working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Being prepared to travel on a regular basis and provide cover in all geographical areas throughout the island of Ireland.
- Ability to spec up jobs, including creating bills of quantities for the pricing department.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Craftsperson, Electrical/Electronic Degree or Mechatronics Degree.
- PC skills, especially with a focus on IT networking.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service, installations, and maintenance.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Safe pass and Garda vetting certification desirable.
- Previous installation experience with at least 3 years experience with a recognised security company.
- Training completed with up-to-date security equipment desirable.
