- 2-5 years of project delivery experience on mid-to-large scale projects across diverse sectors.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments, successfully guiding projects to achieve objectives.
- Expertise in stakeholder management with a focus on conflict resolution and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology; certifications are a plus.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
