Job Description
Graduate/Junior Account Manager required to join a global power technology business in Ireland, driving business growth by fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing communication strategies.
As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping a carbon-neutral future by identifying business drivers, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with EPCs. You will also develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key business drivers and develop sales strategies for the account
- Develop and implement account plans, including designing executive relationship strategies and coverage plans
- Build relationships with EPCs and gain a good understanding of market channels
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, and organization
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar STEM fields
- Passionate about the industry and committed to growth
- Eager to learn and self-develop through self-teaching and inquisitive engagement
- Extensive experience in leading and/or delivering complex solution-based opportunities
- Confident in creating customer and stakeholder management skills
- Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
