As a Junior Accountant - Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in developing the Accounts Payable function and driving process optimization. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, maintaining master data, and reconciling open items. You will also assist with monthly and annual account reconciliations, ensure the quality of accounting, and participate in various projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration, recently qualified as an accountant, and has minimum one year of relevant professional experience in accounting. You will be working in an interdisciplinary team of Finance, Legal, and Strategy and will have the opportunity to develop further in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Maintenance of master data
- Reconciliation of open items and communication with suppliers
- Processing of travel and other expenses in compliance with tax regulations
- Preparing and processing bank transfers, ensuring that payments are made within terms and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting monthly & annual account reconciliations to the general ledger
- Supporting the Month-End close process
- Ensuring the quality of accounting and continuous optimization of our Accounts Payable processes
