eir evo talentare currently seeking applicants for a Data Engineer(Cloudera CDP/Apache Nifi).This is aday rateposition located with our client inDublin. This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be located within the EU/UK. Responsibilities: Cloudera CDP/NiFi Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloudera CDP and NiFi. Proficient in secure streaming data integration using MQTT and HiveMQ. Skilled in data transformation into various formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and Parquet. Experience with IoT device data management and REST API integration. Database Integration: Extensive experience with JDBC/SQL, particularly with PostgreSQL. Strong ability to integrate and manage databases, ensuring efficient data flow and storage. Programming and Scripting: Proficient in Java, Groovy, Python, and Bash. Capable of writing, debugging, and optimizing code for various data processing tasks. API and Web Services: Experienced in consuming and exposing RESTful web services and APIs. Knowledgeable in API integration and data exchange using HTTP, HTTPS, and webhooks. NiFi Optimization and Monitoring: Expertise in optimizing NiFi flows for performance and scalability. Proficient in setting up monitoring, alerting, and logging for NiFi data flows using tools like Grafana. DevOps and Agile Methodologies: Proficient in using Git, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Jira. Experience with Azure secure properties and DevOps release management. Strong background in agile delivery of software development projects. Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and processing. Experience working in transport and safety-critical environments, ensuring compliance and reliability. Education and Certifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field Certified Cloudera Data Platform Generalist Certified NiFi Developer Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
