Junior Bid Coordinator Role

We are seeking a junior bid coordinator to support our work winning team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the bidding team, helping to ensure the bid preparation is running smoothly and according to existing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key bid administrative support to the bidding team, including updating opportunity trackers, downloading, filing and circulating documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep track of renewal dates of internal documents and maintain records of successful bids for future reference.
  • Draft and collate documents, research additional information for submissions, and create and complete standard submission files.
  • Format and finalise completed documents for inclusion in bid submissions, document management and version control.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials and company information sheets to enhance the company's future business opportunities and to support bids.
  • Proof read, fact check, rewrite and reformat information that is provided for tenders.
  • Track the status of all bids/tenders through the evaluation, award process and feedback where relevant.

Requirements:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage work within fixed deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator, patient, well organised and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
