Junior Bid Coordinator role at Arup in Dublin, supporting business teams and internal stakeholders with bid preparation and coordination.

As a Junior Bid Coordinator, you will provide key administrative support to the bidding team, ensuring bid preparation runs smoothly and according to procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating opportunity trackers, downloading, filing and circulating documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking internal decisions and renewal dates of internal documents.
  • Drafting and collating documents, researching additional information for submissions.
  • Creating and completing standard submission files, such as internal company templates and government forms.
  • Formatting and finalising completed documents for inclusion in bid submissions.
  • Maintaining records of successful bids for future reference.
  • Assisting in the production of marketing materials and company information sheets.
  • Proofreading, fact-checking, rewriting and reformatting information for tenders.
  • Tracking the status of all bids/tenders through the evaluation, award process and feedback.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in administration, business services, bidding and proposal support with a certificate in Office or Secretarial Administration or a Bachelor's Degree.
