The purpose of this job is to support the growth of our projects business through offering design and engineering services as part of evaluating and scoping new project requirements and specifications. Consequently, you are responsible for creating & co-ordinating BIM models for projects under the guidance of the BIM Manager. In addition to that, you produce and export drawings for implementation on site, visit sites to ensure best practices, and undertake "as built" surveys as well as liaising/work with the site teams to ensure IFC drawings are being followed. In addition to that, you have the following key responsibilities: Co-ordination & Construction Issue drawings Supporting projects with implementing 3D coordination Working with the BIM manager to assist in any drawing related support required for projects Writing BIM (digital) strategies and BIM execution plans (for bids and live projects) Visit sites to validate & check implementation of drawings by the site teams Train up on the use of the 3D camera under the guidance of the BIM manager Education: College qualification only required but previous work placements would be an advantage Initial experience in the Data Centre or any other critical environment would be a plus Good understanding of a BIM role in general Knowledge: Knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems an advantage Knowledge of BIM & AutoCAD Broad understanding of construction methods for M&E services Present with confidence High degree of integrity Motivated and self-aware Organised with attention to detail Future-proof job opportunity with a true development guarantee in one of the fastest growing Data Centre markets worldwide TOP trainings with internationally recognized state-of-the-art certifications Attractive salaries based on experience and qualification with an annual salary assessment/increase and good social benefits International working environment with inspiring cross-border career opportunities Creative working culture with challenging responsibilities and high level of autonomy DIVERSITY, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, and WORK-LIFE BALANCE are practiced values!
