Job Overview: We are seeking an entry level Junior Business Analyst with a background in computer science to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Required: Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a business analyst role or related position. Internships and relevant project experience will be considered. Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key Duties: Business Analyst Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Priorities user stories and feature requests. Analysis and Documentation Analyse HR processes for improvement. Create detailed specifications for development. Process Mapping Develop flow diagrams and workflow models. Quality Assurance Define test cases and validate software functionality with QA teams. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinate UAT sessions, document feedback, and address issues. Training and Documentation Develop user guides and training materials. Conduct training sessions for software users. Documentation Management Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Feedback Collection Regularly collect and act on user feedback. Issue Management Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate software-related questions. Document reported issues. Assist on technical calls regarding products. Maintain updated product knowledge (User Guides, Release Notes). Client Support Monitor and progress calls/issues from the online logging system. Provide software support via telephone and remote connection. Address end-user inquiries, issues, and feature requests. Project Management: Project Management Assist in planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation. Track and report project progress. Communication and Collaboration Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers. User Training and Onboarding Develop and conduct onboarding and training sessions. Customer Implementations Manage project meetings, planning, training, and system configuration for new customers.
