* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely food order delivery and quality control
* Nurture relationships with School Principals and Administrators
* Support and participate in school events
* Analyze trends and feedback to exceed customer needs
* Develop and implement growth and retention strategies
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals
* Maintain accurate records and drive school participation rates
* Be a team player with strong communication skills and flexibility
* Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
* Adapt to change and work creatively in a team environment
* 3 years experience in food service industry or direct food service sales
* Full clean driving license
* Proven track record in proactive field sales, new business development, and achievement of targets
