Glanmore Foods supply Award Winning healthy food to over 300 schools or 38,000 daily! All produced and manufactured in our state of the art, custom built, food manufacturing plant. We are looking for a hands on,full time (40 hours),permanent Junior Business Support Associateto join our team in the Munster area. As aJunior Business Support Associate in Glanmore Foods provides exceptional customer care and service to the schools they are aligned to. To be successful in this role you will nurture the relationships built with School Principals and Administrators ensuring the service they receive is exceptional, instilling a reputation of proactive and responsive actions taken to resolve any operational issues or queries that may arise. You will you become an integral part of the school community by supporting and getting involved in school events. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Day-to-Day Operational running of each school, ensuring the food order arrives on time and matches the quality and quantity expected Manage any operational issues as they arise effectively and efficiently Recruitment of new employees in schools as required Management of the Time and Attendance of the employees in each school to ensure cover is provided for each service Plan and support events required in each school Support with any billing, invoice queries raised by the school or the Finance team within agreed timeframes Site visits are planned monthly to each school to monitor the service levels and maintain relationships Approve labour invoices for schools in a timely manner Drive menu changes within your schools, ensure customers needs are being exceeded through analysis of trends and feedback Plan and implement the strategy of growth and retention for new and existing schools Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals Support the growth of Hot Meals with new and existing schools Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive school participation rates Maintain accurate records around school sponsorship payments About You: You are passionate about quality and ensuring food compliance it held to a high standard. Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible, can-do attitude. Be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage and adapt to change Able to work under pressure to manage multiple projects Able to meet strict deadlines by managing own time and workload effectively Ability to work creatively in a team environment, including understanding and developing solutions that work on the ground. 3 Years experience/knowledge in food service industry or in direct food service sales Managing large food service accounts with multiple locations Full Clean Driving Licence Proven track record in proactive field sales, new business development & achievement of targets Glanmore Foods reserves the right to enhance the criteria, if necessary, for the purposes of shortlisting.
