Due to continued success, our client is seeking a Junior Commercial Analyst (Italian-speaking) to join their rapidly expanding team. HireForce is working with a leader in financial technology, data & analytics in the Irish market that is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team. This client is similar to a private equity firm, investing in businesses as both an owner and an operator, holding portfolio companies for life. They have nearly 10,000 employees and offices in more than 40 cities around the globe. You will be part of the team that manages the commercial and legal relationships with the entire customer base. You will do deep-dive analysis on every aspect of customer relations and channel that analysis into cogent positioning to help close product licensing and service sales transactions on terms that are good for our client and their customers. Our client is looking for smart and ambitious candidates to join their Commercial Team which leads engagement with customers and prospective customers. They need people who can take the lessons learned from previous transactions and apply them to new transactions and new companies as they grow their business. Responsibilities include the following: Analyse / reconcile existing contracts and develop proposed renewal options Closely interact with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents Develop relationships with business areas to facilitate the sales process Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the sales process Partner with senior management and legal team in the negotiation of customer contracts Drive and execute commercial operational efficiencies within the commercial team and wider sales organisation Support the account management team in forming and nurturing customer relations Assist in management of the daily commercial proposal workflow Requirements: Fluent in Italian Experience in a fast-paced environment. Professional qualification (in any discipline) is preferable but not required. Commercially astute. Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Remuneration: A strong base salary plus benefits and a hybrid working model will be offered to the successful candidate.
