Administer credit control functions for a global organisation
As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team at Rentokil Initial's head office in Naas. This is a 9-month maternity cover position, working from home with regular office visits required.
- Previous experience in credit, accounts receivable or finance teams is desirable
- Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word, and a commitment to delivering customer excellence
- Organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload, with a strong team environment and ability to use initiative
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Manage all post, inbound and outbound
- Support the credit control manager and team with administration tasks
- Interact with the branch network regarding service and sales delivery
- Manage and upload invoices to customers' websites or EDI portals
- Support the Credit Control team with ledger management and ad-hoc projects
