Job Summary: Credit Control Administrator role available in Naas, Co. Kildare, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are seeking a Credit Control Administrator to join our Finance team within our head office, based in Naas. This role will involve working from home with regular office visits required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling duties requested by their immediate manager/supervisor, as well as all Administration and Clerical duties required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve Customer complaints and queries (letters, telephone calls, emails).
  • Manage all post, inbound and outbound.
  • Support the credit control manager and team with administration tasks to ensure an efficient and timely service to all customers.
  • Day to day interaction with our branch network regarding service and sales delivery.
  • Manage and upload invoices to customers' websites or EDI portals.
  • Support the Credit Control team by assisting with a small ledger.
  • Provide any support required by the business and assist with ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a credit, accounts receivable or finance team.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer knowledge and PC skills.
  • Competent in Excel (filters & vlookups) and Word.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
  • Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as use your own initiative.
  • Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
