Our client, one of Ireland’s top 4 Main Contractors, is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their team on a project based in Athenry, Galway. They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Electrical Engineer to become part of their team. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious tier 1 main contractor working on multi-million-euro projects in the region.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead project meetings, managing scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.Administer all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.Supervise project logistics, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and site access.Serve as the main liaison between the engineering firm and the primary contractor, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts.Monitor project advancement and identify potential risks or challenges, escalating them to senior project management as required.Assist the project team in addressing conflicts or obstacles encountered during project implementation.Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and safety protocols.Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.Support the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and proposals as necessary.RequirementsBEng in electrical/mechanical engineering, construction management, or similar.Previous experience in an electrical/building services engineering role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills.Full driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
