Junior Electrical Engineer sought to coordinate and lead project meetings on a multi-million-euro project in the region, fostering effective communication and collaboration between engineering firm and primary contractor. Our client, a top-tier main contractor, is seeking a dynamic and driven Electrical Engineer to join their team on a prestigious project based in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a project that requires a strong understanding of project scheduling, documentation, and logistics. **Responsibilities:** • Coordinate and lead project meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes • Administer all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports • Supervise project logistics, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and site access • Serve as the main liaison between the engineering firm and the primary contractor • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts • Monitor project advancement and identify potential risks or challenges • Assist the project team in addressing conflicts or obstacles encountered during project implementation • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and safety protocols • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets **Requirements:** • BEng in electrical/mechanical engineering, construction management, or similar • Previous experience in an electrical/building services engineering role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills • Full driving license
