Join a leading Tier 1 construction company with a reputation for delivering outstanding projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking a Junior Engineer for a large-scale educational project in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist the site team by providing technical guidance, ensuring work complies with design specifications and quality standards. Setting Out: Help with accurate setting out and leveling of the site to ensure the precise positioning of structures. Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities meet required quality standards. Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Site Documentation: Maintain detailed site records, including reports on progress, material deliveries, and safety documentation. Requirements: Experience as a Junior Engineer or relevant role in construction, ideally with a Main Contractor on large-scale projects. Relevant engineering degree. Strong technical understanding of construction methods, setting out, and quality control. Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.
