Job Description
Junior Estimator sought for a detail-oriented professional with construction estimation experience to accurately evaluate detailed specifications, cost, and risk.
Vision-Built, a leading provider of 2D panelised and 3D volumetric modular structures, is seeking a skilled Junior Estimator to join their team.
With over 30 years' experience in off-site construction, Vision-Built prides itself on delivering impeccable standards to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure tender documents, addendums, and client correspondence are logged on the server and relevant team members are issued with copies.
- Assist in the production of sub-contractor enquiry schedules, obtaining suggestions/feedback from the tender team and procurement department.
- Issue sub-contract enquiries, including scope of works and attendance schedules (where applicable).
- Challenge current designs on Design & Build Tenders to produce Tender Savings.
Requirements:
- Completed a third-level qualification.
- A valid CSCS card.
- Strong knowledge of NEC/ICE/ICC forms of Contract.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Conquest or similar Estimating Software.
- 1+ years site/construction estimation experience.
