We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Health & Safety Officer/Administrator to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our clients health and safety practices. Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00. Negotiable salary depending on experience. Full time, based onsite in North Dublin. This role is ideal for someone recently qualified in health and safety who is passionate about creating a safer workplace. Key Responsibilities: Assist the H&S Manager with the daily management of the companys safety management system. Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures, and practices. Develop and update SOPs and conduct risk assessments as required. Participate in regular site safety meetings to report and discuss safety performance with managers. Maintain up-to-date training records for all employees, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Conduct regular reviews of risk assessments and other safety documents. Implement and manage internal safety audit processes at site level, report findings, and track performance. Prepare weekly safety reports. Conduct regular and unscheduled safety audits both independently and with team members. Requirements: A 3rd-level qualification in Health and Safety or at least 1 year of relevant experience in a food production, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment where health and safety were central to the role. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
