Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Litigation Legal Executive to join their team. This role would report into the Head of Mortgage Litigation. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 for more info.Salary: €30K+ DOE and 2K within the first 6 months upon successful completion of APA examsDuties:Liaising with financial and corporate clients on Mortgage Litigation cases.Providing legal recommendations to clients.Drafting pleadings.Attending Counsel at court hearings and applications.Managing files of mortgage litigation cases.Corresponding with Solicitors, defendants and financial advisors.Maintain strong client relationships.Other ad-hoc duties as required.Knowledge & ExperienceBA in related area is a plus but not essential.0-1yr+ previous experience working in a similar role.QFA/APA is a plus or the commitment to obtain APA qualification.Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.Good team playerThe ability to work well under pressureA flexible approach to work If this role sounds like YOU, call US on 01 845 6302Speak to the Experts with the Direct Link to the Best Legal Executive Jobs in Ireland #J-18808-Ljbffr
