Job Description
Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Litigation Legal Executive to join their team.
This role would report into the Head of Mortgage Litigation.

Salary:
€30 K+ DOE and 2 K within the first 6 months upon successful completion of APA exams Duties: Liaising with financial and corporate clients on Mortgage Litigation cases.
Providing legal recommendations to clients.
Drafting pleadings.
Attending Counsel at court hearings and applications.
Managing files of mortgage litigation cases.
Corresponding with Solicitors, defendants and financial advisors.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Knowledge & Experience BA in related area is a plus but not essential.0-1yr+ previous experience working in a similar role.
QFA/APA is a plus or the commitment to obtain APA qualification.Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
