Junior Life and Pensions Sales Advisor | Remote Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and experienced self-starter looking to advance their career in the Irish Life and Pensions Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate according to company standards, CRM processes, technology, and procedures to ensure 100% compliance at all times.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for personal development by continuously improving sales ability, technical skills, and industry knowledge.

  • Perform all duties in a compliant manner aligned with company policies and procedures.
Required Competencies:
  • Must hold QFA, CFP qualification
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions related to Investment, Life, and Pension requirements.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • High-energy self-starter with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale/administration systems.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the drive to achieve results.
