Key Responsibilities:
- Operate according to company standards, CRM processes, technology, and procedures to ensure 100% compliance at all times.
- Achieve revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility for personal development by continuously improving sales ability, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction enhances the customer experience.
- Perform all duties in a compliant manner aligned with company policies and procedures.
Required Competencies:
- Must hold QFA, CFP qualification
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions related to Investment, Life, and Pension requirements.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- High-energy self-starter with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale/administration systems.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the drive to achieve results.
- A client-focused approach with a relentless commitment to delivering quality service.
