Junior Life and Pensions Sales Advisor | Remote An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for an ambitious and experienced self-starter looking to advance their career in the Irish Life and Pensions Industry. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will have a strong understanding of general Financial Advisory Services, including Retirement Planning, Protection Solutions, and Savings and Investments. Key Responsibilities: Operate according to company standards, CRM processes, technology, and procedures to ensure 100% compliance at all times. Achieve revenue and business targets for life, pension, and investment services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and advice. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Take responsibility for personal development by continuously improving sales ability, technical skills, and industry knowledge. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction enhances the customer experience. Perform all duties in a compliant manner aligned with company policies and procedures. Required Competencies: Must hold QFA, CFP qualification Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions related to Investment, Life, and Pension requirements. 1-2 years of sales experience. High-energy self-starter with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale/administration systems. Strong Customer Relationship Management skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the drive to achieve results. A client-focused approach with a relentless commitment to delivering quality service.
