The Role As we embark on a pivotal journey towards becoming a US-listed entity within the next three years, we are building a strong Finance team to help steer the company through this transformative era.
The Junior Management Accountant at 1 Global will be instrumental in supporting various accounting functions.This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and develop in a global setting, with the requirement and full support to complete an accounting qualification.
This role will be located in Dublin and will report into the Finance Manager.Dublin has been identified as a key strategic location for the organisation and this will be one of the first hires, helping to shape the ethos and development of our new Dublin office.

What you will do:
Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide support in worldwide audits, collaborating with various teams and external partners.
Assist in finance automation projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Oversee the automated cash reconciliation process, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
Requirements What you will bring:
Pursuing an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is preferred but not a must.2+ years' experience in an accounting/finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
