Role Profile


My Client in the construction industry is looking to recruit an administrator with 1-year experience working in an administrative role.

This role provides essential administrative support to the business and reports directly to

the Office Manager. With the continued growth of the business, this role

offers significant opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Core Tasks

The administrator will be responsible for the operational support for live install projects. This


includes:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email appropriately
  • Scheduling, including email and phone contact to arrange jobs with subcontractors
and customers


  • Preparing handover packs for customers
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Preparing paperwork packs to go with the job
  • Applying for accreditations to accompany completed work
  • Monitoring paperwork & processing remedials
  • Soft and hard copy filing of documents
Experience and Skills


Essential:

  • 1-2 years office administration experience
  • Experience of Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
  • Leaving cert, or equivalent, to include English and Maths
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable


  • Ability to learn basic technical data
