We are seeking a Junior Parts Advisor to join our team at O'Callaghan Toyota in Kanturk, Cork's longest established Toyota dealer.

The Junior Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in our dealership's operations, representing our business to customers and ensuring accurate and timely supply of parts to support the efficient running of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct vehicle parts for their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Keep accurate inventory records, including ordering and restocking parts as necessary.
- Use computerised systems to process orders, track inventory, and manage parts transactions.
- Help receive and inspect incoming parts orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with the Service Team and Technicians to ensure parts are available to maintain workflow in the workshop.
- Stay up to date on new vehicle parts, products, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use computerized systems.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience in customer service or a garage environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts is a bonus.
