Payroll Bureau Position
We operate a Payroll bureau providing outsourced payroll processing services to clients ranging from multinational companies to owner managed businesses and to Public sector bodies.
- Payroll processing in a busy bureau environment
- Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process, including BIK, share awards, pension and other voluntary and statutory deductions
- Dealing with starters and leavers registrations
- Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS
- Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
- Providing security payslips for all employees
- Liaising with clients
Key Requirements
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in using payroll systems
- Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
- Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
- High level of Microsoft Excel skill
- IPASS qualified
