We're seeking a Junior Product Executive to join our Product Team, influencing key decisions and shaping the future growth of the business.

As a Junior Product Executive, you'll be responsible for collaborating with multiple functions within the business, planning and forecasting retail replenishment, and supporting supplier relations. You'll also monitor and analyse store stock levels and sales, and work with the Merchandising Team to plan and forecast retail replenishment based on demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analysing store stock levels and sales
- Supporting weekly order replenishment for our Retail Stores
- Collaborating with the Retail Trade & Operations Manager to discuss trade opportunities
- Providing numerical and analytical support to inform key decisions
- Supporting the Merchandise and Production Departments with implementing new reporting
- Creating and managing all SKUs on our ERP system
- Ensuring the production calendar is up to date and maintaining accurate purchase orders
- Managing sample inventory and collaborating with suppliers to verify specifications
- Performing other administrative duties as required
Requirements include:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong analytical ability and genuine interest in numbers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Self-motivated and results-driven
